丙型肝炎病毒耐药细胞模型的研究进展

Progress in research of the cell models of drug-resistant hepatitis C virus

摘要 干扰素是目前临床抗丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)治疗的主要药物,但长期使用可产生耐药。由于丙型肝炎病毒具有高度的种族特异性而缺乏经济的小动物模型,因此细胞模型的建立和应用已成为HCV感染防治研究的必要条件。本文重点介绍了HCV转染细胞模型的建立和耐干扰素HCV细胞模型的建立与应用方法。 Interferon is the main drug for the treatment of hepatitis C virus( HCV),but HCV can develop resistance to it after long-term use. Because of high racial specificity of HCV and lack of a small animal model of economy,establishment and application of cell model have become a necessary condition for the study of HCV infection. In this paper,we focused on the establishment and application of HCV-transfected cell models and interferon-resistant HCV cell models.
