摘要
以聚醚多元醇、异氰酸酯、泡沫稳定剂、催化剂和发泡剂等为原料,制备了电热水器用聚氨酯硬泡组合聚醚,探讨了原料种类和组成对电热水器保温性能的影响,优化了配方体系。结果表明,选择环戊烷与HFC-245fa的质量比值为2.1,得到的聚氨酯硬泡导热系数为18.8 m W/(m·K),高/低温尺寸变化率均小于0.2%,可满足电热水器产品的使用要求。
With polyether polyols, iscoyanate, foam stabilizer, catalyst and foaming agent as raw materials, the blown rigid polyurethane foam for electric water-heater was prepared. The influence of types and composition of raw materials on thermal insulation performance of electric water-heater was discussed and formulation system was optimized. The results showed that the polyurethane foam thermal conductivity was 18.8 roW/( m. K), high and low temperature change rate was less than 0. 2% when the mass ratio of cyclopentane and HFC-245fa was 2. 1. The properties of polyurethane foam could reach the specification requirement of electric water-heater product.
