摘要 以聚氧化丙烯二醇、二异氰酸酯和三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)为主要原料,制备了可用于模具胶的室温固化低硬度聚氨酯弹性体。研究了TMP用量、异氰酸酯种类、白炭黑用量和异氰酸酯指数等因素对聚氨酯弹性体性能的影响。结果表明,TMP与聚醚多元醇摩尔比为3∶97、气相法白炭黑添加质量分数为0.6%、TDI型预聚体NCO质量分数为4.0%、异氰酸酯指数为1.05时,可操作性好,所制得的聚氨酯弹性体综合性能优异。 Lower hardness polyurethane elastomers were prepared by polyoxypropylene glycol, diisocyanate and trimethylolpropane(TMP), etc. The PUs could be curing in room temperature and used as mold rubber. The influence of TMP dosage, isocyanate type, NCO content, fumed silica content and NCO index on the properties of PU elastomer was investigated. The results showed that the PU elastomer had good maneuverability and excellent comprehensive properties when the molar ratio of TMP/polyether was 3:97, isocyanate was TDI-80, the NCO content of prepolymer was 4.0%, fumed silica content was 0.6%, isocyanate index was 1.05.
