摘要
对再催化封端法合成4220型高活性低不饱和度聚醚二醇进行了研究,确定了较佳的封端催化剂品种及用量、封端用环氧乙烷用量、聚醚精制工艺及条件,该聚醚二醇数均相对分子质量约为4000,分散指数小于1.15,伯羟基摩尔分数大于90%,不饱和度小于8.0 mmol/kg,达到了同类进口产品水平。
Synthesis of polyether diol with high activity and low unsaturated degree by recatalyze capping method was studied. Better synthesis conditions, such as capping catalyst varieties, capping catalyst amount, ethylene oxide dosage for capping and purification of the crude polyether diol were identified. The number-average molecular weight of synthesized polyether diol was about 4000, the dispersity was less than 1.15, the molar ratio of primary hydroxyl group was greater than 90%, the unsaturation was less than 8.0 mmol/kg. It reached the level of similar imported products.
