摘要
介绍了某轴承厂以铁碳耦合Fenton试剂高级氧化为主体工艺的轴承生产污水处理工程。采用隔油调节、溶气气浮、水解酸化、铁碳耦合Fenton试剂氧化、絮凝沉淀、活性炭罐吸附等工艺,处理后COD、SS、石油类、TP、阴离子表面活性剂、总铬、总镍去除率分别为95.7%、98.6%、95.8%、97.2%、90.3%、92.7%、93.3%,达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)一级排放标准的要求。该工程具有投资省、占地面积少、运行稳定、抗冲击负荷等优点。
The project on the treatment of wastewater from bearing production is introduced. Its principal technologies are iron-carbon coupling Fenton advanced oxidation. Technologies, such as the regulation of oil removal, dissolved air floatation, hydrolytic acidification, iron carbon coupling Fenton reagent oxidation, flocculation and precipitation, charcoal canister adsorption, etc. have been used. After the treatment, the removing rates of COD, SS, petroleum substances, TP, anionic surfactants, total chromium, and total nickel of the effluent are 95.7%, 98.6%, 95.8%, 97.2%, 90.3%, 92.7%and, 93.3%, respectively, meeting the requirements for the first level discharge standard, specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978--1996). The project has advantages as follows :less investment, small coverage of area, stable operation, strong anti-shock loading capacity, etc.
