皮肤浆细胞增多症1例

A Case of Cutaneous Plasmacytosis

患者女,42岁。面、躯干及四肢皮疹2年。皮肤科情况:面、颈、胸、背、四肢近端多发浸润性暗红色丘疹和结节,伴高γ球蛋白血症。皮损组织病理及免疫组化示浆细胞增多症,增生细胞κ多数+,λ个别+。系统检查无明显异常,诊断:皮肤浆细胞增多症。

A 42 years-old female presented with infiltrated papules of the face, neck, trunk and four limbs for 2 years without systemic symptoms. On physiological examination, multiple brown-red papules and nodules were noted on her face, neck, trunk and four limbs. Laboratory examination showed polyelonal hyper γ globulinemia. Histologogy showed cutaneous plasmacytosis. Proliferative cells were positive for both κ and λ. light chains. The patient was diagnosed with cutaneous plasmaeytosis.
