皮下型环状肉芽肿1例

A Case of Subcutaneous Granuloma Annulare

患儿男,2岁8个月。头部皮下结节1年,胫前皮下结节4个月余,无自觉症状。皮损组织病理示:表皮未见明显异常,真皮深层及皮下组织内可见数个栅栏样肉芽肿,中央为胶原纤维变性坏死区,周围绕以组织细胞和上皮样细胞。诊断:皮下型环状肉芽肿。

A 2-year 8-month old boy presented with painless nodules in the scalp for 1 year and in the pretibial subcutaneous tissue for 4 months. Histopathologic examination revealed several palisading granulomas with central degeneration of collagen fibers, surrounded by histiocytes and epithelioid cells in the deep dermis and the subcutaneous tissue. The epidermis appeared normal. Subcutaneous granuloma annulare （SGA） was diag- nosed.
