血栓性浅静脉炎误诊为疖肿1例

A Case of Superficial Thrombophlebitis Misdiagnosed as Furuncle

患者女,57岁。右膝下方疼痛性结节7d,开始以"疖肿"治疗,应用抗生素无效。确诊为血栓性浅静脉炎后,予盐酸川芎嗪注射液、草木犀流浸液片和多磺酸黏多糖乳膏。数天后,结节变小疼痛缓解。血栓性浅静脉炎与疖肿虽然临床表现相似,但可通过血管超声予以鉴别。

A 57-year-old female had a painful nodule below her right knee for seven days. She had been diagnosed with furuncle and did not response to antibiotics. After diagnosis of superficial thrombophlebitis, she was treated with injection of ligustrazine hydrochloride, oral melilotus extract tablets and topical mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream. The nodule became smaller and the pain was relieved after several days of treatments. The superficial thrombophlebitis and furuncle could be differentiated through vascular ultrasound although their clinical symptoms were similar.
