摘要
为挖掘安全教育培训对矿工安全行为的影响,以CIPP视角包含的培训背景、培训输入、培训过程和培训结果 4个因素为外在潜变量,以矿工安全遵守行为和矿工安全参与行为2个因素为内在潜变量,运用统计分析软件对260名矿工调研数据进行系统分析,构建CIPP视角下安全教育培训对矿工安全行为的影响模型以及挖掘其作用机理。根据各构建模型及各路径计算结果,为煤矿企业安全培训、安全决策和安全管理提出相关建议。
For mining the effect of safety education and training of miners safety behavior,based on the perspective of CIPP including the training background,training input,training process and training results as external latent variables,and the observation of the safety behavior and the participation of the safety behaviors of miners as inner latent variables,we used statistical analysis to analyze260 miners survey data,and build influence model and mined its mechanism of safety education training action on miners safety behavior based on CIPP perspective.According to the calculation results of models and paths,we propose management suggestions for the coal mine enterprise safety training,safety decision-making and the safety management.
