摘要
为了研究爆炸场地面反射压测量的影响因素,使用模态分析理论建立了地面反射压测量组件的频域响应模型,计算出了传感器安装谐振频率与结构及安装参数的关系;通过激波管校准实验得出了不同力矩安装条件地面反射压测量组件的幅频特性;分别在TNT/温压炸药爆炸场中对比试验了有无隔振结构测压组件的测量结果。结果表明,安装力矩越大,常用地面反射压结构工作带宽越宽;爆炸场振动对地面反射压测量影响非常大,要采取有效隔振措施。
To study the factors on measurement results of ground reflection pressure in explosion field, the theory of vibration modal analysis is applied to model the frequency response function of the structure. The relation between mounting resonant frequency and structure parameters is obtained. Furthermore, based on the shock tube calibration experiment, the real amplitude-frequency characteristic of ground reflection pressure structure is modeled under different values of tightening torque. At last, the explosion results of the isolating vibration structure and non-isolating vibration structure are compared for TNT and thermobaric explosive. The results show that the larger the tightening torque, the wider the available frequency band. Additional, the measurement result is greatly influenced by structure vibration and reliable vibration isolation actions are required to be taken.
