摘要 针对常规冻胶类调驱剂在高温高盐油藏中稳定性差,且成本高等问题,研制了一种由AMPS共聚物和耐温酚醛树脂预聚体类交联剂组成的低成本、耐温抗盐冻胶类调驱剂。通过室内静态评价实验,考察了AMPS共聚物,交联剂的用量对体系成胶性能的影响,确定了低、中、高不同强度的调驱剂配方,该体系成胶时间在1.5~3d内可调,在高温(120℃)高盐(矿化度60000mg/L)条件下老化90d后,粘度基本不变。通过对其动态成胶性能的评价,说明该体系在持续注入过程中不会对管柱或近井地带造成堵塞。通过驱油实验,优化了段塞组合方式,注入的先后顺序为低、中、高强度段塞,与水驱相比采收率增值达到12.4%,具有较好的降水增油效果。 In view of the problems of high cost, poor stability in high temperature and high salinity reservoir of conventional gel agent, one kind of agent has been developed, which is composed of AMPS copolymer and crosslinking agents of modify phenolic resin. Static evaluation through laboratory experiments to investigate the effect of the dosage of AMPS copolymer and crosslinking agent on gelling performance. And determine the flooding formulations of low, middle, high intensity. Gelling time of the system ranges from 1.5 to 3 days, and is adjustable. And the viscosity is essentially the same, after 90 days at a high temperature (120 ℃) high salt (salinity 60000mg / L) conditions. Through the evaluation of the dynamic performance of the gel, it is showed that the system will not block the pipe string or near well zone during the continuous injection process. Through oil displacement experiment, the slug combination method is optimized, and the sequence of injection slug is low, middle and high strength slug, and the oil recovery rate is 12.4%.
