摘要
本文解析了目前中国乳制品安全现状以及2008年三聚氰胺事件对乳品工业产生的影响。经过7年的努力,中国的乳品质量与安全水平显著提升,乳制品抽检合格率近100%,然而乳品安全风险依然存在。分析了中国乳制品产业的发展问题,指出该产业尚未走出低谷,消费者信心还没有完全恢复。中国乳制品产业将长期面临农业资源、环境保护和人力资源等方面的压力,并存在高成本、进口量增加以及消费放缓的问题。同时指出提升乳品质量与安全须从原料乳、加工、监管入手,并重振消费者信心。
The paper analyzed the safety status of current China dairy industry. The ‘melamine scandal＇ in 2008 made a deadly blow to China＇s dairy industry. Great efforts were made during seven years, and the quality and safety of dairy products in China has increased significantly. Now, the sampling qualified rate of dairy products is nearly 100%.However, the safety risk of dairy products still exists. The paper analyzed the existing developing problems of dairy industry. The dairy industry is still at low point, while the consumer confidence has not been recovered. The development of China＇s dairy industry has to struggle with insufficient resource, environmental degradation, increasing human cost et al, and it will be a long-term process. Pressures from high cost, high import and low consumption are all placed on the dairy industry. Meanwhile, the suggestions were also proposed to solve the safety and development issues. Material, production, supervision are all essential to improve the quality and safety of dairy products and restore the consumer confidence.
