精蛋白锌重组赖脯胰岛素混合注射液治疗初发2型糖尿病的疗效及安全性观察

Efficacy and Safety of Mixed Protamine Zinc Recombinant Human Insulin Injection in the Treatment of Newly Diagnosed Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的:比较精蛋白锌重组赖脯胰岛素混合注射液与精蛋白锌重组人胰岛素混合注射液治疗初发2型糖尿病的疗效及安全性。方法:初发2型糖尿病患者49例随机分为观察组和对照组。2组患者均给予常规饮食治疗及健康教育。观察组餐前皮下注射精蛋白锌重组赖脯胰岛素混合注射液,对照组餐前皮下注射精蛋白锌重组人胰岛素混合注射液。治疗2周后,比较两组患者的空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后血糖(PBG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)、血糖达标时间、低血糖发生率。结果:治疗后,两组患者FBG、PBG、Hb A1c均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),但2组间FBG、PBG、Hb A1c比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组低血糖发生率低于对照组,血糖达标时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:精蛋白锌重组赖脯胰岛素混合注射液治疗初发2型糖尿病血糖达标快,安全性高,优于精蛋白锌重组人胰岛素混合注射液。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of mixed protamine zinc recombinant human insulin lispro injection and mixed protamine zinc recombinant human insulin injection in the treatment of newly-diagnosed type 2 diabetes. Methods： A total of 49 newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients were randomly divided into 2 groups： the experimental group and the control group.Both groups received the conventional dietary therapy and health education. The experimental group received mixed protamine zinc recombinant human insulin lispro injection with preprandial subcutaneous injection,and the control group received mixed protamine zinc recombinant human insulin injection with preprandial subcutaneous injection. After 2 weeks of treatment,the fasting blood glucose（ FBG）,postprandial blood glucose（ PBG）,glycosylated hemoglobin（ Hb A1c）,time of reaching target glucose and incidence of hypoglycemia were compared between the two groups. Results： FBG,PBG and Hb A1 c in the two groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before the treatment（ P 〈0. 05）,and the difference was obvious in the same group. After the treatment,there were no significant differences in FBG,PBG and Hb A1 c between the groups（ P 〈0. 05）. The incidence rate of hypoglycemia in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the time of reaching target glucose was relatively short in the experimental group with statistical difference（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Compared with mixed protamine zinc recombinant human insulin injection,the mixed protamine zinc recombinant human insulin lispro injection is faster on reaching farget glucose,and more safety in the treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic.
