小剂量雌激素软膏联合保妇康栓治疗老年阴道炎疗效观察

Efficacy of Low-dose Estrogen Cream Combined with Baofukang Suppositories in the Treatment of Senile Vaginitis

目的:观察小剂量雌激素软膏联合保妇康栓外用治疗老年阴道炎的疗效及安全性。方法:160例老年阴道炎患者随机分为观察组与对照组,各80例。对照组使用保妇康栓治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合雌激素软膏治疗。两组均持续治疗7 d。比较两组患者治疗有效率、激素水平、临床症状消失时间、生活质量、应激状态等指标。结果:观察组治疗有效率为91.25%,明显高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组FSH、LH、E2水平均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),两组血糖水平、HAMD评分、HAMA评分、生活质量也较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05);且观察组治疗后FSH、LH水平,以及血糖水平、HAMD评分、HAMA评分、生活质量等均优于对照组(P<0.05),两组治疗后E2比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组灼热感缓解、瘙痒感缓解、阴道壁充血消退、阴道分泌物减少时间均短于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:小剂量雌激素软膏联合保妇康栓治疗老年阴道炎疗效好,利于改善患者临床症状及生活质量。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect and safety of low-dose estrogen cream combined with Baofukang suppositories in the treatment of senile vaginitis. Methods： Totally 160 cases of senile vaginitis patients were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 80 ones in each. The control group was treated with Baofukang suppositories,and the observation group was treated with estrogen cream additionally. The treatment course was 7 days. The effective rate,hormone levels,symptom disappearance time,quality of life and stress state in the two groups were compared. Results： The effective rate of the observation group was 91. 25%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group（ 80. 00%,P 〈0. 05）. After the treatment,the levels of FSH,LH and E2 in the two groups were improved when compared with those before the treatment（ P 〈0. 05）,so were the level of blood glucose,HAMD scores,HAMA scores and quality of life（ P 〈0. 05）. Except the level of E2,the other above indices in the observation group were all better than those in the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. The symptom disappearance time,including burning sensation,itching sensation,vaginal wall congestion and vaginal secretion reduction,was shorter in the observation group than that in the control group（ P 〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Low-dose estrogen cream combined with Baofukang suppositories shows good clinical effect on senile vaginitis,which can help to improve the clinical symptoms and the quality of life.
