摘要
新建本科院校是中国高等教育大众化战略背景下兴起的一个相对特殊的高校群体,在升本后的发展历程中,普遍经历了持续不断的目标与组织结构调整过程。从组织社会学制度主义的视角,选取某省H高校为案例,对其组织转型历程、发生的变化和动因进行描述与分析。研究认为,案例高校组织转型是在知识、政府和市场三种力量的共同作用下,组织精英在综合考量各种因素后自我选择的结果,学校在追赶传统学术性等级体系的过程中发生了"目标替代"现象,并且这种目标替代获得了制度环境的支持。
The new undergraduate colleges, which make a special group growing out of the popularization of higher education in China, have generally undergone continual adjustments of organization goals and structures after they were upgraded to be undergraduate schools. This paper takes H University as an example to describe and analyze her organizational transformation process, changes that took place during the process and motivations for the changes from the perspective of organizational sociology institutionalism. The research reveals that the transformation knowledge, the government and the market, of the case university, occurring with the interactive effect of can be resulted from the organization elites' own choices after they take a general consideration of diverse factors when a target substitution has occurred during the process of the college's pursing a traditional academic hierarchy system and the target substitution has gained the support of the institutional environment.
