A Report of Quality of Graduate Education:Its Origin and Implementation

提升教育质量是新时期我国研究生教育改革和发展的核心任务,是我国从研究生教育大国向研究生教育强国转变的战略部署。从培养单位研究生教育质量报告制度的背景、功能与实施进行阐述,认为研究生教育质量年度报告制度应该遵循导向性、真实性、便利性、持续改进、开放性、科学性与灵活性原则,形成以培养单位为主体、政府为主导、社会多元参与的"三位一体"的建设理念。

Quality improvement is a core mission for the reform and development of China＇s graduate student education in the new era, and it is the strategic plan for the transition from quantity to quality. This paper focuses on the background, function and implementation of the system of graduate student education report. It argues that the graduate student education report should follow such principles as orientation, authenticity, convenience, continuous improvement, openness, science and flexibility, that we should form a concept that is the concept of participation by three parties, namely, the universities, the government and the society.
