课例研究中的教师发展

摘要 课例研究是教师改进教学、促进专业发展的重要途径,也是校本教研、区本教研的重要工作方法。笔者在开展基于课例研究的教师培训工作时主要遵循以下几个原则:以学定教,规划教学方案;以学看教,实施课堂观察;以学评教,开展研讨交流;以学促教,改进教学设计。总之,笔者努力将课例研究置于教师的常态教学工作中,帮助教师透过课堂现象发现教学问题的本质,提升教师专业发展能力。 Lesson study serves as a significant approach to the improvement of teachers' classroom instruction and professional development. It is also an effective method of school-based and school district-based research program on classroom teaching. The author followed four principles in organizing lesson study activities. First, teaching plan is based on the needs of students. Second, teaching effectiveness is examined by students' performance in class with the support of classroom observation. Third, teaching effectiveness is evaluated by students' performance and is further discussed among the teachers in the lesson study group. Fourth, the principle of teaching plan improvement is based on the aim of helping students' learning. In brief, the author tried to integrate lesson study into teachers' daily teaching so as to help them figure out the essence of teaching and achieve the goals of professional development.
