摘要
在工业生产领域,数控机床是一类非常重要的设备,其质量直接影响产品的加工质量。就目前状况而言,国内数控机床存在着线条生硬、操作繁琐等缺陷,不仅无法有效地提升工件加工的质量与效率,还可能危害流水线工人的生命财产安全。文章结合笔者工作经验与相关理论知识,研究了机床造型设计中人机工程的应用,供有关人员参考借鉴。
In the field of industrial production, NC machine tool is a kind of very important equipment,its quality directly affects the quality of the product. Is the current situation, domestic CNC machine tools exist defects in rigid lines, the operation is complicated, not only can not effectively enhance machining quality and efficiency, also may endanger the safety of life and property of the assembly line workers. The author combined the work experience and the related theory knowledge, in this paper has studied the machine tool design in the man-machine engineering application, for the related personnel reference.
