集束化护理管理在老年失禁性皮炎中的应用

Cluster nursing management in elderly patients sufferring from incontinence dermatitis

目的探讨集束化护理管理在老年失禁性皮炎中的临床意义。方法将2014年3月—2015年3月吉林大学中日联谊医院呼吸内科入院的60例患有老年失禁性皮炎的患者,按入院时间先后顺序分为2组:2014年3—9月入院的30例为对照组,采用大小便失禁常规护理管理;2014年10月—2015年3月入院的30例为观察组,在常规大小便失禁护理的基础上,采用集束化护理管理。结果观察组总有效率100%,对照组总有效率90.0%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);失禁性皮炎愈合时间观察组明显少于对照组。结论应用集束化护理管理能有效提高老年失禁性皮炎的治愈率,缩短愈合时间。

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of cluster nursing management in elderly patients sufferring from incontinence dermatitis.Methods The 60 cases elder patients suffering from incontinence dermatitis who visited the department of respiratory medicine during March 2014 to March 2015 have been divided into two groups according to admission：the control group used conventional care management;while the experimental group used cluster nursing management basing on incontinence care management.Results Effective rate of control group is 90％,effective rate of experimental group is 100％.Two groups have significantly difference （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion Application of cluster nursing management can improve the elderly incontinence dermatitis cure rate,shorten healing time.
