中西药结合治疗儿童过敏性鼻炎

Combination of Chinese traditional and western in treatment of allergic rhinitis in children

目的观察中西药结合对儿童过敏性鼻炎(AR)治疗效果及安全性。方法 60例过敏性鼻炎患儿依据治疗方案不同分为治疗组与对照组,各30例,对照组予布地奈德鼻喷雾剂(雷诺考特)喷鼻,治疗组在此基础上加辛芩颗粒口服治疗。对比2组临床疗效、不良反应及治疗前后血清免疫球蛋白E(Ig E)、白细胞三烯E4(LTE4)水平变化。结果治疗组总有效率93.3%,明显高于对照组70.0%(P<0.05);2组治疗后血清Ig E、LTE4水平均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),但治疗组较对照组更低(P<0.05);2组治疗期间均未发生明显不良反应。结论中西医结合治疗AR,能有效降低患儿血清Ig E、LTE4水平,提高疗效,且无明显不良反应。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of the combination of Chinese traditional and western in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children and its safety.Methods A total of 60 children were divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 cases in each group according to different treatment protocols.The children in the observation group were give nasal spray of budesonide （Rhinocort） and oral Xinqin granules,while the children in the control group were only given nasal spray of budesonide （Rhinocort）.The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,and the levels of IgE and LTE4 before and after treatment in the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P ＜ 0.05）.The comparison of serum IgE and LTE4 levels before treatment between the two groups was not statistically significant （P ＞0.05）.The serum IgE and LTE4 levels after treatment were significantly reduced when compared with before treatment （P ＜ 0.05）.The serum IgE and LTE4 levels after treatment in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P ＜ 0.05）.No obvious adverse reactions occurred during the treatment process in the two groups.Conclusion The combination of Chinese traditional and western can effectively reduce the serum IgE and LTE4 levels,and enhance the efficacy with no obvious adverse reactions.
