摘要
目的探讨曲安奈德注射治疗婴幼儿血管瘤的疗效及护理。方法对202例婴幼儿血管瘤患儿采取曲安奈德注射,并在注射前后进行相应的专科护理及心理护理。结果 202例患者均得到满意的治疗及护理,无严重并发症。结论曲安奈德注射治疗婴幼儿血管瘤简单易行,疗效满意,注射安全,费用较手术治疗低。注射前后给予对症护理,是患儿康复必不可少的关键因素。
Objective To discuss clinical efficacy and nursing of infantile hemangioma by Triamcinolone acetonide injection.Methods A total of 202 infants with hemangioma were treated with Triamcinolone acetonide injection,and gave them special and psychological nursing care before and after injection.Results 202 infants all got satisfactory nursing care and there were no serious complication.Conclusion Using triamcinolone acetonide injection to treat infantile hemangioma is satisfactory,safe,and easy to be applied,and cost is less than that of operation,symptomatic nursing is a necessary key for recovery.
