微信对心力衰竭出院患者持续性随访与指导作用 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨运用微信对心力衰竭出院患者进行持续性随访与指导的效果。方法选择在我科住院的80例慢性心力衰竭患者,随机分为2组,每组40例。观察组在以往常规的出院指导及健康宣教基础上加用微信持续随访及指导,对照组则应用以往住院指导及健康宣教手段。比较2组半年内复查时的用药依从性,康复锻炼依从性及疗效指征等。结果观察组3个月复查时,综合性指标效果均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组服药依从性、自我护理主动性、随访疗效也优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论运用微信对心力衰竭出院患者进行持续性随访与指导,能有效提升患者的生活质量及服药依从性、复查依从性。 Objective To investigate the use of WeChat continuous follow-up and guidance in patients with heart failure discharge effect.Methods Select 80 cases hospitalized in our department of chronic heart failure patients,divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.Experimental group in the past on the basis of conventional discharge guidance and health education combined with Wechat continued follow-up team nursing staff use Wechat communications continuous follow-up and guidance for this group of patients,control group took hospital guidance and health education methods applied in the past.Compare the two groups within a half year review of medication adherence,rehabilitation exercise adherence and curative effect of indications,etc.Results The experimental group 3 months review,the effect of comprehensive index were significantly better than that of control group (P < 0.05);Experimental drug compliance,self-care initiative is better than that of control group,curative effect is better than the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion Using Wechat to hospital for heart failure patients with continuous follow-up and guidance,can effectively improve the quality of life of patients and medication adherence and compliance review.
