手术室护士疲劳程度、压力源与控制感分析

Fatigue,sources of stress and perception of control of operating room nurses

目的了解手术室护士的工作疲劳水平、工作压力源及与工作控制感之间的关系。方法以问卷调查方式,以某市4所三级甲等综合医院手术室护士279人为研究对象,采用疲劳评定量表、护士工作压力源量表、控制感量表进行调查。结果手术室护士的压力源维度、疲劳维度和控制感三者之间存在相关性(P<0.01)。压力源中护理专业及工作方面的问题,病人护理方面的问题,工作环境及资源方面的问题,及工作控制感对疲劳总分有显著性影响。结论建议从管理角度减轻手术室护士工作压力源,减轻其疲劳感。

Objective This study will examine the relationship among work fatigue,pressure sources and perception of control on operating room nurses.Methods This research investigated 279 operating room nurses with Fatigue Assessments Instrument,Sources of Stress scale,perception of control scale from 4 Grade Ⅲ-A Hospitals in Changchun.Results There are significant relationship among Work Fatigue,Sources of Stress and Perception of Control work fatigue （P ＜ 0.01）.The problems of nursing,patients,environments and perception of control has significant effect to work fatigue.Conclusion The findings suggest that effective stress management strategies should be implemented to prevent work fatigue in order to keep nurses in the profession and achieve better patient care.
