内镜下多连环结扎术治疗食管静脉曲张的护理

Endoscopic ligation of multiple serial for treatment of esophageal varices

目的探讨内镜下多连环结扎术治疗食管静脉曲张的疗效观察及护理配合。方法回顾性分析我院183例应用内镜下多连环结扎术后病例,对围术期患者进行健康宣教、紧急救治及并发症的预防等措施,观察护理后的疗效。结果 183例中,平均止血率97.5%,食管静脉曲张渗血控制率100%,喷射性出血控制率95.0%,延迟止血出血控制率98.0%。平均经4次结扎治疗达到根治,根治后规范随访观察可维持根治状态。结论内镜下多连环结扎术操作简单、安全,止血效果好,优质护理服务可提高内镜下多连环结扎术治疗食管静脉曲张的成功率,降低并发症的发生。

Objective To explore endoscopic ligation of multiple serial nursing methods for the treatment of esophageal varices.Methods From 183 cases of liver cirrhosis patients with portal hypertension caused by esophageal varices how serial application of endoscopic ligation,completes the preoperative preparation,intraoperative care on the postoperative do diet guidance and work closely with doctors,closely observe the occurrence of complications.Results Through careful treatment and nursing in patients with esophageal varices,emergency hemostatic hemostatic rate is 97.5％ on average,100％ of esophageal varices bleeding control,projectile bleeding control 95.0％,delayed bleeding bleeding control 98.0％.Average 4 times of ligation curevarices,cure and specification after follow-up can maintain the effect a radical cure.Conclusion Endoscopic ligation of multiple serial operation is simple,safe,and hemostatic effect is good,careful nursing can improve the endoscopic ligation of multiple serial success rate for the treatment of esophageal varices and reduce rate of complication.
