摘要
眼用新型递药系统释药规律主要是研究眼用制剂在体外的释放规律和体内药物的吸收、分布、代谢和排出,保证制剂的质量可控,同时为临床合理用药提供依据,减少不良反应和毒副作用的发生。
The drug release rule of the new ophthalmic drug delivery system is mainly to study the release law and the absorption,distribution,metabolism and elimination of drugs in the eye.To ensure the quality of the preparation,and provide the basis for clinical rational use of drugs,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions and toxic side effects.
