《医学全书》点校本之《杂病治例》疑误辨正

Mistakes rectification of miscellaneous diseases treatment cases in medical encyclopedia revised edition

中国中医药出版社1999年点校出版了刘纯的《医学全书》,其中载有《杂病治例》一卷,此乃刘纯的一部纲领性的杂病要诀,分门别类地记载、论述了74种病症的治法要诀,文辞通俗、简约、易懂,具有重要的医学价值。以明成化十五年萧谦刻本为底本,参校其他医学文献对照出版的《医学全书》点校本中的《杂病治例》,改正了书中所存在的断句、标点、字误、字脱等错误,并分别做了理由说明。

The National Traditional Chinese Medicine Press published A Comprehensive Book on Medical Science （revised editon） by LIU Chun in 1999 with full effort on revision,in which one volume called treatments and cases on various diseases is a guiding principle in that area,stating the treatment of 74 kinds of diseases,with popular,brief and understandable language,having essential medical value.According to the carved book by Xiao Qian in the 15th Year of Cheng Hua in the Ming Dynasty and other medicine literature,it corrects pauses in ~ntences,punctuation,character mistakes and character omission with reason illustration respectively in volumes in the treatments and cases on various diseases.
