装配式RC/ECC组合剪力墙空间结构模型设计方法研究 被引量:12

摘要 依托试点工程海门市中南世纪城96号全预制装配式剪力墙高层结构,设计了一个2层的装配式RC/ECC组合联肢剪力墙空间结构1:2缩尺模型,并对模型的相似系数、配筋进行了计算与分析,对模型竖向拼缝节点、水平拼缝节点、装配式剪力墙-叠合连梁节点、装配式叠合连梁-楼板连接节点、装配式叠合楼板-墙体连接节点、叠合连梁中ECC现浇层与预制混凝土水平拼接节点以及连梁与墙肢节点塑性铰区ECC与混凝土节点等关键节点的设计方法进行了研究,并成功完成了装配式RC/ECC组合联肢剪力墙空间结构模型的拼装,提出了此类空间结构模型的设计方法与思路,为空间结构模型的抗震试验研究奠定了基础。 A two-story 1/2 scale spatial model of RC/ECC combined precast shear wall structure was designed according to the pilot project of the 96th Zhongnan Century City which is a precast concrete shear wall structure in Haimen. The similarity coefficients and reinforcements of the model were calculated and analyzed. Design methods of the key joints such as vertical splice joints, horizontal joints, shear wall-composite coupling beam joints, composite coupling beam-composite slab joints, composite slab-shear wall joints, and the contact surfaces between ECC and concrete of the ECC reinforced concrete precast shear wall structure were studied. The assembly of the spatial structure model of RC/ECC combined precast shear wall structure was successfully completed and a design method of this kind spatial structure model were proposed. The research results of this paper will make a foundation for the experimental study of the spatial structure model.
