摘要
生土窑洞是黄土高原居民营造技艺与智慧的结晶,是我国宝贵建筑遗产的重要组成部分。然而,窑洞土体的开裂、局部坍塌、潮湿及采光差等问题却制约着其使用与发展,使得生土窑洞正逐渐走向衰落。为提高其结构安全性能,保护与传承此类珍贵建筑文化,探讨砖箍拱券技术在生土窑洞加固中的应用。以实地调研资料为依据,结合修缮工程实例,首先计算拱券的内力;其次,依据内力计算结果进行材料选择与截面设计;最后,介绍砖箍拱券技术的施工工艺、技术要点及优缺点。
Earth-sheltered dwelling is the crystallization of construction technology and wisdom of residents in Loess Plateau, and important segment of the precious architectural heritage of our country. However, cracking, partial collapse, damp and poor lighting problems of soil cave are restricting its use and development and making earth-sheltered dwelling gradually fade. To improve the safety performance of the structure and protect and inherit this precious cultural heritage, it discussed the application of brick- arch technology on reinforcement of earth-sheltered dwelling. Based on field survey data, combined with the repair engineering examples, the paper calculated the internal force of brick-arch by the method of structural mechanics at first; besides, it selected the material pattern and designed the cross section according to the calculated results of the internal force ; finally, it introduced the construction technology of brick-arch technology, key technical points and its merits and demerits.
