摘要
针对目前常见防撞护栏施工方法存在的问题,结合工程项目实际,在技术改进的基础上,采用桥梁现浇混凝土防撞护栏组合整体式模板及支架体系滑移法施工技术方案,将防撞护栏施工的机械、模板、吊架等整合成一个体系,即设备化;采用滑动式载人吊架,将模板分块挂在支架上自动行走,并通过受力分析计算确保施工结构安全。
Aiming at common problems exist in current crash barrier construction and combining with actual engineering projects, based on technological innovation, the construction technical scheme of the integral cast-in-place concrete bridge crash barrier mould and the cradle system sliding method has been adopted, in which the machines, the moulds and the cradles used for the crash barrier construction have been integrated into a whole system, namely, equipment based; by adopting the sliding manned cradles, and splitting and hanging the moulds on the cradles, the automatic travelling construction can be realized and the safety of the construction organization can be guaranteed through force analyzes and calculations.
