紫色色杆菌来源的抗肿瘤抗生素SIPI-228的分离纯化及结构鉴定 被引量:1

Isolation,Purification and Structure Elucidation of an Anti-tumor Antibiotic SIPI-228 from Chromobacterium violaceum

摘要 本室筛选得到一种由紫色色杆菌(Chromobacterium violaceum)所产的抗生素,将其命名为SIPI-228。本研究通过大孔树脂吸附、丙酮溶液梯度洗脱、乙酸乙酯萃取和无水乙醚析出等步骤,获得色谱纯度大于97%的SIPI-228精制品;并通过质谱、NMR分析,确定SIPI-228的结构与罗米地辛一致。 An anti-tumor antibiotic, named as SIPI-228, produced by Chromobacterium violaceum was screened and obtained in our lab. The compound SIPI-228 was purified by X-5 macroporous resin adsorption, gradient elution, extraction by ethyl acetate and precipitation by anhydrous ether, etc., with the purity over 97 %. The structure of SIPI-228 was elucidated by MS and NMR spectra. The results showed that its structure was identical to that of romidepsin.
