鼠麴草化学成分及药理活性研究进展

Review on Chemical Constituents and Pharmacological Activities of Gnaphalium affine D.Don

鼠麴草Gnaphalium affine D.Don系菊科鼠麴草属植物,其主要化学成分有黄酮类、三萜类、植物甾醇和咖啡酸衍生物等。现代药理学研究结果表明鼠麴草有显著的抗组胺、抗细菌和真菌、抗氧化、抗心衰、平喘、抗黄嘌呤氧化酶、抗补体和保肝等活性。本文总结了鼠麴草的化学成分和药理作用,为其开发和利用提供参考。

The main chemical constituents of Gnaphalium affine D. Don, a species in the genus Gnaphalium （family Compositae）, are flavonoids, triterpenes, phytosterols, caffeic acid derivatives, etc. Modem pharmacology researches have demonstrated some notable pharmacological activities of this plant, such as antihistamine, antibacterial, antifungal, antioxidant, anti-heart-failure, antiasthma, xanthine oxidase inhibitory, anti-complement, and liver-protecting activities. In this paper, the chemical compositions and pharmacological effects of Gnaphalium affine are summarized to provide some references for further development and utilization.
