摘要
试验采用ICP-MS法分析广东省南澳岛海域海水养殖的141份龙须菜样品和34份海水中硼元素的含量,并从国家标准GB 2760—2011中筛选除硼试剂以除去龙须菜中的硼。结果表明,龙须菜鲜样中硼元素含量平均值为24.168 mg/kg;乙二胺四乙酸二钠和氢氧化钠作为除硼试剂,可有效地除去龙须菜中硼元素,经静态浸出除硼72 h后,处理后的龙须菜鲜样中硼元素含量约为0.5 mg/kg。龙须菜中硼元素本底值及其除硼技术对于龙须菜养殖业生存与发展至关重要。
The boron content of 141 sea water samples and 34 Gracilaria lemaneiformis samples was analyzed by ICP-MS.Deboron reagents were screened from the national standard GB 2760—2011 to remove the boron in the algae.The results showed that the average content of boron in Gracilaria lemaneiformis was 24.168 mg/kg,disodium edetate and sodium hydroxide as the boron removal reagents were effective by static leaching 72 h,the content of boron in treated fresh Gracilaria lemaneiformis was 0.5 mg/kg.The background value of boron in Gracilaria lemaneiformis and boron removal technology were essential to the survival and development of Gracilaria lemaneiformis mariculture.
