超声波辅助萃取小根蒜挥发油工艺的响应面法优化

摘要 研究以有机溶剂为载体对小根蒜挥发油进行超声波辅助萃取的试验条件。在单因素的基础上,用BoxBehnken组合试验设计来优化试验条件。以三因素三水平的响应面试验优化了超声波辅助萃取小根蒜挥发油最佳工艺条件。最佳条件:以二氯甲烷为萃取剂,每百克原料所用萃取剂307.04 m L,超声时间42.62 min,超声功率301.97W,在此条件下,小根蒜挥发油得率可达0.290 13%。 Research in organic solvent as a carrier for small root garlic oil with the ultrasonic assisted extraction of experimental conditions.On the basis of single factor,in the Box-Behnken combination experimental design to optimize the experimental conditions.With 3 factors 3 levels of response surface experiment to optimize the ultrasonic extraction has optimum process conditions of small root garlic oil.Optimum conditions are as follows:methylene chloride as extracting agent,307.04 m L per 100 g raw materials used in the extraction agent,ultrasonic time 42.62 min,ultrasonic power 301.97 W.Under these conditions,small root garlic oil yield can reach 0.290 13%.
