酪氨酸酶抑制剂的研究新进展 被引量:8

摘要 酪氨酸酶是复杂的多功能含铜氧化还原酶,广泛分布于自然界中,与黑色素合成密切相关,易引起果蔬酶促褐变及人体色素障碍性疾病。目前,酪氨酸酶抑制剂的开发已引起广泛关注,成为该领域的研究的热点,有关酪氨酸酶抑制剂的研究较多,而从天然提取物、人工合成的有机化合物以及少量的无机化合物方面,研究其对酪氨酸酶酶活性抑制作用的综述较少,从这3个方面对酪氨酸酶抑制剂进行概述,以期为酪氨酸酶抑制剂的研究提供参考依据。 Tyrosinase is a complicated and copperish oxidoreductase with much multifunction which is widely existing in nature.Tyrosinase is closely related to the melanin biosynthesis,and easily causes fruits and vegetables browning and dermatological disorders on human body.At present,the development on tyrosinase inhibitor has become a hot spot on research and obtained more and more attention.There have been many studies about tyrosinase inhibitors.However,review about inhibitory effect of natural extracts,synthetic organic compounds,and some inorganic compounds have been rarely reported and brief on detail.In this study,these three aspects about tyrosinase are summarized,and this research will provide the references for the research on tyrosinase inhibitor.
