海南牛大力质量控制标准研究 被引量:5

The Study on the Quality Control of Millettia speciosa Champ.in Hainan Province

摘要 试验根据新食品原料质量控制要求,对海南牛大力中的水分、灰分、浸出物、多糖、重金属元素、农药残留量以及指标性成分芒柄花素和高丽槐素的含量进行了测定。测定结果表明海南不同产地牛大力水分含量不得高于9.73%,灰分含量不得高于4.12%,水冷浸出物、水热浸出物、醇冷浸出物和醇热浸出物含量分别为不得低于6.76%,19.32%,5.26%和12.43%,多糖含量不得低于25.20%,重金属元素含量均未超标且种植过程中所使用的农药毒死蜱和吡虫啉均未检出。另外,对芒柄花素和高丽槐素的含量采用HPLC法对其进行测定,以ODS-C18 YMC柱作为色谱柱,乙腈-0.1%冰醋酸水溶液(38︰62,V/V)为流动相,结果表明,芒柄花素和高丽槐素的分离度较好。试验建立海南牛大力比较系统、科学的质量控制方法及质量评价标准,可以为牛大力质量标准建立提供研究依据。 According to the requirements of the quality control of new food resource,the content of water,ash,extract,polysaccharides,heavy metal elements,pesticide residue and index components formononetin and maackiain of Millettia speciosa Champ.in Hainan Province was examined.The results showed that the content of water,ash was determined less than 9.73%,4.12%,while the content of cold water extract,heated water extract,cold alcohol extract,heated alcohol extract and polysaccharides was determined more than 6.76%,19.32%,5.26%,12.43% and 20.20%,respectively.Besides,the content of metal heavy elements and the pesticides like chlorpyrifos and imidacloprid used in planting met the requirements.In addition,HPLC method was used to measure the content of formononetin and maackiain.The chromatographic condition was performed on an ODS-C(18) YMC column using the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.01% glacial acetic acid solution(38︰62,V/V),which showed its good seperability.In conclusion,the systematical and scientific method used in quality control and the quality evaluation criteria were established in Millettia speciosa Champ.in Hainan Province,which could provide basis for the study on the quality standard of Millettia speciosa Champ.
