摘要
阐述了空分装置中低温液体泵的"气蚀"产生原因及泵本身的特性。通过分析、试验、探索和研究,与之对应提出了在设计低温液体泵进、出口管路系统时,通过一些注意事项,改进设计思路,预防"气蚀"现象的发生,进而提出了低温液体泵的防"气蚀"控制措施。
The cause and the damage of cryogenic pump cavitation in ASU were described in this article, and the pump per- formance was stated also. The corresponding actions for cryogenic pump detail design, control and operation were summarized by deeply analysis and many years of experience. This will avoid pump cavitation during operation in advance.
