医院科研经费管理是整个科研管理的重要组成部分,其使用直接影响着科研项目的进度与完成质量。针对传统的科研经费管理中不注重预算、单一部门管理、缺乏过程管理的情况,需要引入全周期管理模式,加强财务部门等多部门的合作,做好预算管理,强化使用过程监管、运用信息化手段等,从而有效避免科研经费的滥用、浪费,保证科研项目顺利结项。

As an important part of scientific research management, management on scientific research funds directly influence the progress and quality of scientific research projects. According to the status of regardlessness of budget,single management de- partment,and lack of process management, it is quite important to introduce full cycle management mode, strengthen cooperation with financial department, improve budget management, intensify process management, and apply information technology to ensure the implementation of scientific research projects.
