ZSM-5/MCM-41微介孔复合分子筛的制备及吸附性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 按n(Na_2O)∶n(Al2O_3)∶n(SiO_2)∶n(TPABr)∶n(H_2O)=25∶1∶150∶10∶5000的摩尔比,在170℃24 h条件下水热合成出微孔ZSM-5分子筛,按n(Na OH)∶n(SiO_2)∶n(CTAB)∶n(H_2O)=0.3∶1∶0.3∶90的摩尔比配制成MCM-41的溶胶液,再将ZSM-5混合到MCM-41的晶化液中,110℃48 h晶化后取出漂洗烘干,再在550℃焙烧去除有机模板剂,获得ZSM-5/MCM-41微介孔复合分子筛,采用XRD、TEM和FT-IR等手段对合成分子筛进行了表征。考查了分子筛的投加量、pH值、温度、吸附时间以及共存物等对吸附X-5GN阳离子红染料废水的影响。正交试验结果表明,ZSM-5/MCM-41微介孔复合分子筛,对阳离子红X-5GN的吸附效果较好,当ZSM-5/MCM-41微介孔复合分子筛的投加量为0.3 g/L、阳离子红染料浓度为15 mg/L,溶液为中性、吸附时间为90 min,温度为60℃时吸附结果最好,脱色率达到了98.68%。 ZSM-5 microporous zeolites were synthesized by hydrothermal synthesis at 170 ℃ for 24 h with molar ratio of n(Na2O) ∶ n(Al2O3) ∶ n(SiO2) ∶ n(TPABr) ∶ n(H2O) = 25 ∶ 1 ∶ 150 ∶ 10 ∶ 5000, sol of MCM-41 was formulated according to molar ratio of n(SiO2) ∶ n(Na OH) ∶ n(CTAB) ∶ n(H2O) =1 ∶ 0.3 ∶ 0.3 ∶ 90, then ZSM-5 microporous zeolites mixed with the MCM-41 of crystallization solution, composite micro-mesoporous molecular sieve of ZSM5-/MCM-41 was successfully synthesized at 110 ℃ for 24 h after rinsing and drying, and then calcined at 550 ℃ for removal of organic templating agent. The synthesized molecular sieve was characterized by XRD, TEM and FT-IR. impact The influence of zeolite dosage, p H, temperature, adsorption time and coexist substance on adsorption X-5GN cationic dye wastewater were investigated. The orthogonal experiment results showed that ZSM-5/MCM-41 micro-mesoporous composite molecular sieve in adsorption of cationic red X-5GN was better. When ZSM-5/MCM-41 micro composite zeolite dosage is 0.3 g/L, cationic red X-5GN solution was 15 mg/L, the solution was neutral, adsorption time is 90 min, temperature was 60 ℃,coexisting substance of sodium chloride was 10 mg/L, the adsorption effect was the best with the decolorization rate of 98.68%.
