摘要
将原料Ti/Si/Ti C粉体进行高温热处理,制备了高含量Ti_3SiC_2材料。研究了原料粉体不同粒度和配比对合成Ti_3SiC_2材料的影响。研究表明:原料经高温热处理后可得到TiC、Ti_3SiC_2和TiSi_2;配比为Ti/Si/1.7TiC的试样中Ti_3SiC_2含量约为82%,为各试样中最高;Ti_3SiC_2晶粒发育成比较良好的板条状晶粒,晶粒长约10μm,宽约2μm。
Ti/Si/TiC mixed powders were used as the starting materials for the synthesis of Ti3SiC2 materials by high temperature treatment technology. The influence of particle size and ratio in materials on synthesis of Ti3SiC2 was studied. The result showed that the synthesized product contained TiC, Ti3SiC2 and TiSi2 after reaction. Ti3SiC2 content of the product reached the highest value of 82 wt% from Ti/Si/1.7TiC in raw materials. Ti3SiC2 grains well developed into lathed ones. These grains had a length of 10 μm and a width of about 2 μm.
