摘要
简述了卫浴陶瓷喷涂行业中机器人喷釉的釉面品质要求提高的趋势,讨论喷釉工艺中釉料参数对机器人施釉的卫浴陶瓷洁具釉面品质的影响。通过实验汇总出能够与文中描述的机器人喷涂项目相对应的釉料参数,使之满足卫浴洁具高品质成品的要求。
This paper briefly describes the trend in improving glaze quality requirement of the spraying glaze by robot technology in sanitary ceramic glaze spraying industry. The influence of the spray glaze technology parameters on the sanitary ware glaze quality by the robot glaze porcelain was discussed. The glaze parameters corresponding to robot spraying project through experiment was obtained to meet the requirements of high quality finished product in sanitary ware.
