近年来,随着科学基金资助规模日益扩大,科学基金依托单位的数量也在大幅增加,建立有效的依托单位准入制度是依托单位在科学基金管理中发挥重要作用的基础.本文通过分析近几年科学基金依托单位的申请立项情况,揭示出依托单位在科研实力方面目前呈现出的两极分化状况,从而提出对科学基金依托单位准入机制的思考.

In recent years, with the scale of the science fund expanding, the number of science fund supporting institutions is also increasing, and it is very necessory to establish an effective access system so that the supporting institutions can play an important role in science fund management. Through analyzing science fund supporting institutions＇ application and project data for the last few years, it revealed the polarization of the supporting institutions, and then put forward some considerations about the access system of science fund supporting institution.
