重庆某高校男性教职工血脂水平与血粘度的相关性研究

The Correlation Between Serum Lipid Levels and Blood Viscosity of Male Faculty Members of a University in Chongqing

目的探讨重庆某高校男性教职工的血脂水平与血粘度的相关性。方法选取2015年重庆某高校的527名男性教职工为研究对象,检测其总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)等血脂指标,以及全血粘度高切(HS)、全血粘度低切(LS)、血浆粘度(PV)、血沉(ESR)和血细胞压积(HCT)等血粘度指标水平。根据血脂情况将研究对象分为血脂正常组和高脂血症组,对2组教职工检测结果进行统计分析。结果本次调查的527名男性教职工中,检测出高脂血症124人,高脂血症患病为23.53%;高脂血症组的TC及LDL-C水平明显高于血脂正常组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);高脂血症组的HS,LS,PV,ESR以及HCT 5项血粘度指标水平明显高于血脂正常组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);HS,LS,PV及HCT水平与TC水平呈正相关,而与HDL-C水平呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论血脂水平与血粘度具有显著的相关性,血粘度的检测对高脂血症的诊断具有重要意义。

Objective To investigate the correlation between serum lipid levels and blood viscosity of male faculty members of a university in Chongqing. Methods 527 male staff of a university in Chongqing in 2015 were selected to test their total cholesterol （TC）, triglyceride （TG）, high density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C）, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C） and other indicators of serum lipid, high shear whole blood vis- cosity （HS）, low shear whole blood viscosity （LS）, plasma viscosity （PV）, erythrocyte sedimentation rate （ESR） and hematocrit （HCT） and other indicators of blood viscosity. According to their serum lipid levels, the male staff were divided into normal lipid group and hyperlipidemia group and test results of two groups were statistically analyzed. Results Among all 527 male faculty members, 124 were detected hyperlipidemia and the prevalence of hyperlipidemia was 23.53 % ; levels of TC and LDL-C in hyperlipidemia group were obvi- ously higher than normal lipid group and the differences were statistically significant （P 〈0.05）; HS, LS, PV, ESR and HCT of hyperlipidemia group were obviously higher than normal lipid group and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05） ; levels of HS, LS, PV and HCT were positively correlated with TC level, but were negatively correlated with HDL-C level （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Serum lipid levels and blood viscosity have a significant correlation and detection of blood viscosity is of much significance in the diagnosis of hyperlipidemia.
