摘要
避震疏散场所的选址是城市抗震防灾规划的核心内容之一。传统的避震疏散场所选址方法由于缺乏科学性,无法实现对场所数量和空间位置的准确判断。以平顶山市为例,基于网络模型中的LA模型,并通过设定需求和设施供给点以及结合城市道路网络,合理确定了城市避震疏散场所的规模、数量和空间布局。
Locating evacuation shelters is one of the core content of urban earthquake disaster prevention planning. Traditional method of choosing evacuating sites is often unscien- tific due to its incapability of deciding its amount and spatial lo- cation. Taking Pingdingshan City for example, this essay de- cides reasonably the scale, amount, location of earthquake evac- uation shelters based on the Location Allocation Model by setting the demand sites and candidate supply sites.
