摘要
在界定城市精明土地利用内涵的基础上,运用面板数据的格兰杰因果检验、脉冲响应函数分析等方法,以我国35个主要城市为例,分析了城市土地精明利用与城市规模的动态关系。结果显示:中国35个主要城市土地精明利用程度均处在中下水平,且区域之间存在明显差异;在二者的动态关系方面,城市土地精明利用和城市规模之间的长期协整关系与长期格兰杰因果关系均在全国范围内存在;城市土地利用程度对于城市规模的影响在东部地区最大,中部地区次之,西部地区最小。基于上述结论,提出了相应的政策建议。
On the basis of defining the connotation of urban smart land use, this essay, taking 35 major cities for ex- ample, analyzes the dynamic relation between urban smart land use and city scale by using Granger Causality Test and Impulse Response Function and other methods. The level of urban smart land use of 35 cities are all at a middle and low stage, and there exist outstanding differences among regions. As for the dynamic relation, the long -term coordination relation and Granger Cau- sality Relation between urban smart land use and city scale exist all over the country. The influence on city scale by urban land use is the biggest in eastern area, bigger in the middle area and small in the west. In the end, policy suggestions are put for- ward.
