摘要
目的分析土壤因子与血小板分布宽度之间的关系及分布规律。方法收集了我国30个省、直辖市和自治区的4752例45-80岁中老年血小板分布宽度参考值。运用相关分析法分析血小板分布宽度参考值与土壤因素之间的相关性,运用多元线性回归建立模型,分析血小板分布宽度参考值与土壤因素的关系。结果血小板分布宽度参考值与表土砂砾百分率(X,)、表土粉粒百分率(X2)、表土黏粒百分率(X2)有很显著的相关性,得出中老年人血小板分布宽度回归预测方程:Y=-3.275—0.253X1+0.335X2—0.145X3+8.147X4—0.024X5+0.235X6—0.144X8—0.054X。±2.146。结论综合10项土壤因子与血小板分布宽度参考值之间的相关性,采用ArcGXIS软件可绘制出我国45—80岁中老年血小板分布宽度参考值分布图,更加科学准确地确定血小板分布宽度参考值。
Objective To analyze the impact of the soil factors on the PDW reference Value of middle-aged and elderly people. Methods The correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were used to explore platelet distribution width, which based on the data of 4 725 cases of normal platelet distribution width from 30 different provinces of China by means of the platelet distribution width reference value. Results There was a significant correlation between middle-aged and elderly people platelet distribution width and soil factors, the forecast model was Y = -3. 275-0.253X1 +0. 335X2 -0. 145X3 +8. 147X4 -0. 024X5 +0. 235X6 -0. 144X8 -0. 054X9 ±2. 146. Conclusions ArcGIS soft ware is applied to calculate the spatial distribution regularities of platelet distribution width reference value of Chinese 45 - 80 years middle-aged and elderly people in this area. It could be more scientific to formulate the platelet distribution width distribution on the basis of Soil factors.
