临床路径教学法在整形烧伤科规范化护士培训中的应用观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的 研究分析临床路径教学法在整形烧伤科规范化护士培训中的应用效果。方法 选取2013年1月~2015年1月在我院整形烧伤科实习的护士100例,随机将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例,对照组采取整形烧伤传统教学法,观察组采取整形烧伤临床路径教学法,教学半年后,对所有护士进行相关考核,将两组分数进行分析比较。结果 采取不同的教学方式对两组护士进行教学后,观察组相关考核分数均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 在整形烧伤科规范化护士培训中采取临床路径教学法,能提升护士的专业水平,提高教学质量。 Objective To study the application effect of clinical pathway teaching method in the training of standardized nurse training in the department of plastic surgery. Methods 100 nurses in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 were selected, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group, control group to take plastic burn traditional teaching method, the observation group to take plastic burn clinical pathway teaching method, after six months of teaching, all nurses were related assessment, the two groups of scores were analyzed and compared. Results Different teaching methods were adopted in the teaching of the two groups, the observation group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion Clinical pathway teaching method was adopted to improve the professional level of nurses and improve the quality of teaching.
