妇科感染性疾病治疗中进行血清降钙素原(PCT)检验的临床价值

The Clinical Value of Serum Calcitonin (PCT) in the Treatment of Gynecological Infectious Diseases

目的 探究妇科感染性疾病治疗中进行血清降钙素原（PCT）检验的临床价值。方法 选取我院于2014年9月~2015年9月收治的31例妇科感染性疾病患者,以及健康志愿者31例进行本次研究。妇科感染性疾病患者为观察组,健康志愿者为对照组,两组人员均用血清降钙素原进行检测,首先对比观察组治疗前后的PCT水平,再把治疗后结果与对照组进行对比。结果 观察组治疗前后的PCT水平均比对照组的PCT水平高,两组人员之间数据差异具有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论 妇科感染性疾病治疗中进行血清降钙素原（PCT）检验的临床治疗效果较为显著,有利于患者预后。

Objective To explore the clinical value of serum calcitonin（PCT） in the treatment of gynecological infectious diseases. Methods 31 cases of gynecological infectious diseases in our hospital from September 2014 to September 2015 were selected, and 31 healthy volunteers were selected for this study. Infection of department of gynaecology disease patients as the observation group and healthy volunteers as control group,two groups of patients were treated with serum calcitonin peptide were detected, first observed and compared PCT levels before and after treatment in both groups, then the treatment results and control group were compared. Results Before and after treatment, the levels of PCT in the observation group were higher than that of the control group, the difference of the data between the two groups was statistically significant, P0.05. Conclusion The clinical treatment effect of serum calcitonin（PCT） in the treatment of gynecological infectious diseases is more significant, which is beneficial to the prognosis of patients.
