探讨肝脏良性脂肪性肿瘤的CT诊断与鉴别诊断价值

The Value of CT Diagnosis and Differential Diagnosis of Benign Fatty Tumors of the Liver

目的 研究分析肝脏良性脂肪性肿瘤患者的CT诊断和鉴别应用价值。方法 选取2010年2月~2012年2月我院20例肝脏良性脂肪肿瘤患者进行研究,对他们的CT检查资料进行回顾性分析。结果 经过CT检查,共有16例肝脏脂肪瘤患者,4例肝脏血管平滑肌脂肪瘤患者,患者的临床CT结果比较典型。病理检查对肝脏脂肪瘤以及肝脏血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的诊断有更大的参考意义。结论 肝脏良性脂肪肿瘤临床中比较少见,患者接受CT检查能够提升临床诊断的准确性,对术前定性诊断有较大的帮助,增强扫描和动态扫描能够提升鉴别准确度。

Objective To study the value of CT diagnosis and differential diagnosis in patients with benign hepatic steatosis. Methods 20 patients with benign liver tumor were selected for study in our hospital from February 2010 to February 2012. The data of CT were analyzed retrospectively. Results After CT examination, a total of 16 cases of liver tumor patients, 4 cases of hepatic vascular smooth muscle tumor patients, patients with clinical CT results compared to the typical. Pathological examination of the liver, liver and blood vessel smooth muscle of the diagnosis of a greater reference value. ConclusionLiver benign fatty tumor is relatively rare, patients received CT examination can improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis and on preoperative qualitative diagnosis has great help and enhanced scan and dynamic scan can improve identification accuracy.
