老年患者手术麻醉并发症临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Surgical Anesthesia Complications in Elderly Patients

目的通过探讨老年患者手术麻醉并发症情况,分析发生原因和预防诊疗方法。方法选取接受手术麻醉的141例老年患者,分析其手术麻醉主要的并发症和处理方法。结果老年患者手术麻醉中往往出现心肌缺血、低氧血症、心血管功能紊乱等临床并发症,麻醉前后患者的心率和平均动脉压变化差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为了降低并发症发生率,应根据患者身体的实际状况,科学处理麻醉并发症,保障老年患者的身体健康。

Objective To investigate the complications of surgical anesthesia in elderly patients, analysis of the causes and prevention of diagnosis and treatment. Methods 141 cases of elderly patients were selected and analyzed. The main complications and treatment methods were analyzed. Results Operation anesthesia for elderly patients often appear clinical complications of myocardial ischemia, hypoxemia, cardiovascular dysfunction, pressure difference was statistically significant anesthesia patients before and after the heart rate and mean arterial blood（P0.05）. Conclusion In order to reduce the incidence of complications, should be based on the actual situation of the patient＇s physical condition, scientific treatment of anesthesia complications, protect the health of elderly patients.
