腹膜透析患者的依从性与腹膜透析并发症的关系研究

The Relationship Between Compliance and Complications of Peritoneal Dialysis in Patients With Peritoneal Dialysis

目的探讨患者依从性与腹膜透析相关并发症的关系。方法采用自行设计的调查表对60例透析超过半年的腹膜透析患者进行调查,分析患者依从性与腹膜透析相关并发症的关系。结果患者能配备透析相关设备,但操作过程存在不规范行为,尤其以年纪大、合并基础疾病患者明显。结论腹膜透析患者依从性与其并发症的发生有关,提高患者对透析培训的依从性,有助改善患者透析预后。

Objective To investigate the relationship between the compliance of patients and the complications of peritoneal dialysis. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 60 cases of peritoneal dialysis patients over half a year, and the relationship between the compliance of patients and the complications of peritoneal dialysis were analyzed. Results The patients could be equipped with dialysis related equipment, but the operation was not standardized, especially in older patients with basic diseases. Conclusion The compliance of peritoneal dialysis patients is related with the occurrence of complications, improve the compliance of patients with dialysis training, and help to improve the prognosis of dialysis patients.
